A bit more about us for those who are interested....
Head Chef and Owner Boyne Pead was born and raised right here in Port Macquarie, attending both St. Joseph's Regional and TAFE Port Macquarie, before transferring to TAFE Brisbane where he completed his qualifications.
Boyne later moved to London, UK where he was personally sponsored by Sir Richard Branson to work as Joint Head Pastry Cheft at the Kensington Rooftop Gardens, and spent the next eight years living in London, opening restaurants, and working with some of the city's finest venues. Read more here.
The Point's Co-Owner and Business Manager, Gabriel Eagleson, also boasts international hospitality experience. Originally born and raised in Los Angeles, Gabriel graduated from Arizona State University with a Business Management degree and has worked with restaurants and five star hotels in LA, New York, Arizona and London.
Now the team have returned to share their passion for food and people with the wonderful community of Port Macquarie, and invite you into their home at The Point Port Macquarie.
